  Also known as White Burgundy and Bourgogne Blanc, these wines are exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes, which thrive in Burgundy's limestone-rich soils. 

The wines are highly regarded for their purity, elegance, and expression of terroir and often exhibit citrus, apple, and pear flavours with a harmonious balance of acidity and richness, especially when produced from old vines!
